I can't say how excited I am for the next (and final...maybe) installment of the Mass Effect series! After everything I saw at E3, I'm that much more pumped. And they better not kill off Garrus, dang it!

For the past month I've slowly been getting ready for NaNoWriMo. For those that don't know what it is, NaNoWriMo is the National Novel Writing Month in November. It starts on the first day of November and ends at the end of the month. The goal is to write 50,000 words within that time. This will be my first year participating and I'm very excited! As part of my preparation, I've been creating a pretty extensive guide for my fantasy world (including concept art, bios, history, maps, etc.). So as well as writing I've been drawing up a storm. As an early birthday present this year I got a Bamboo Wacom tablet! I'm so pumped! I've been going crazy drawing. It's definitely better than trying to draw with a mouse... infinitely better. I'm so happy. :D But I received my tablet at a pretty terrible time. I'm supposed to be finishing the edit of my first book but my fingers keep twitching away from the keyboard and to my tablet. Procrastination and distraction will inevitably kill me. Another big distraction right now is Dragon Age. My brother-in-law bought it about a month ago and I got completely sucked into it.
